All-In-One Solution

zeroCO₂ - XL Shell 100 is the All-In-One solution made up of Pylontech H32148-C LFP batteries and with integrated EMS for peak shaving and maximizing self-consumption.

It is a system for Outdoor applications with 60 kW of power and 100 kWh of accumulation capacity, plug & play for managing, converting and exploiting energy in systems with high power requirements and storage dimensions which determine a deferred use for several hours of all stored energy.

Suitable for new build or retrofit systems.

zeroCO2 XL Shell 100/220 represents the evolution of the previous XL Shell 100.
The new plug & play system doubles power and storage capacity while maintaining compact dimensions and quick and easy installation.

Made entirely in our factory in Italy, XL Shell 100/220 integrates the Energy zeroCO2 Cloud intelligent energy management system to maximise self-consumption, reduce peak load (peak shaving) and enable energy trading.

Ideal for outdoor installations, both on new plants and in retrofit projects, it offers a power output of 100 kW and a storage capacity of 220 kWh.

On-grid solutions for Commercial and Industrial systems up to 0.5C

zeroCO₂ - XL Shell 500K is a plug & play storage system suitable for industrial and commercial applications. 
Manufactured in Italy to meet high energy demands, it integrates the Energy zeroCO2 Cloud EMS for system control and management.

The structure is made of powder-coated galvanised sheet metal, with double-layer insulated and sealed panelling, IP54 protection rating. It houses the battery modules and the power switchboard, complete with PCS converters, EMS device, on-board disconnectors and protections.
All components are pre-wired at the factory, down to the user-side interfaces, for rapid installation and commissioning.

On-grid solutions for Commercial and Industrial systems up to 0.5C

zeroCO2 XL Shell Made in EU is a plug & play storage system manufactured in Italy to meet high energy demands. It integrates the Energy zeroCO2 Cloud EMS for system control and management.

It is made with a powder-coated galvanised sheet metal supporting structure, with insulated and sealed double-panelled infills, and an IP54 protection rating. It houses the  H32148-C storage batteries of 4.74 kWh each, the power switchboard (including PCS converters, EMS device, on-board disconnectors and switchboard protections), as well as the fire protection system and integrated air conditioning. Everything is pre-wired at the factory down to the user-side interfaces.

The modular logic and the possibility of connecting several systems in parallel without a maximum limit, make it particularly suitable for outdoor installations with a large floor area, providing storage facilities whose size can be between a few hundred kWh and MWh.
