zeroCO2 - XL Shell 100 is the All-In-One solution made up of Pylontech H32148-C LFP batteries and with integrated EMS for peak shaving and maximizing self-consumption.
It is a system for Outdoor applications with 60 kW of power and 100 kWh of accumulation capacity, plug & play for managing, converting and exploiting energy in systems with high power requirements and storage dimensions which determine a deferred use for several hours of all stored energy.
Suitable for new build or retrofit systems.

Air-Cooled All-in-One Solution
zeroCO2 XL Shell 100K 220 is a 100 kW, 220 kWh all-in-one battery energy storage system (BESS) designed for commercial and industrial applications that require efficiency, flexibility, and advanced energy management.
The solution integrates batteries, inverters, and an Energy Management System (EMS) into a single Plug & Play architecture, simplifying installation and reducing commissioning time. Through the EMS, it enables users to optimize self-consumption, reduce power peaks (peak shaving), and implement energy trading strategies, thereby maximizing the value of the energy produced and stored.
Integration with the external iGCU device also ensures operational continuity in the event of a blackout, making the system suitable for applications where energy availability is a critical requirement.
Designed for outdoor installations, it features an insulated enclosure with an IP55 protection rating, as well as integrated climate control and fire suppression systems. It is suitable for both new installations and retrofit projects and can be installed in parallel to increase the system’s overall capacity and power output.

Air-Cooled All-in-One Solution
zeroCO2 XL Shell 500K is a BESS solution designed for industrial and commercial applications with high energy demands.
Manufactured in Italy at our Padua plant, it integrates batteries, inverters, and an Energy Management System (EMS) into a single solution to optimize energy management and improve system efficiency.
Integration with the iGCU system ensures operational continuity for loads in the event of blackouts and micro-interruptions, providing greater reliability for critical applications.
The unit is designed for outdoor installation and features an air-conditioning system, a fire suppression system, and an IP55 protection rating. Suitable for both new installations and retrofits, it can be installed in parallel with other units to increase capacity and power output according to the site’s energy needs.
All components are pre-wired at the factory, including the user-side interfaces, for quick installation and commissioning.

Modular, liquid-cooled solution
TETRIS is a battery energy storage system (BESS) designed for C&I and utility-scale applications, where high energy density, maximum scalability, and advanced energy management are required.
The modular architecture allows for systems ranging from 144 to 720 kW AC per unit, which can be expanded in a multi-skid configuration for multi-megawatt installations. CATL’s liquid-cooled batteries ensure high performance and reliability.
The proprietary EMS optimizes self-consumption, peak shaving, energy trading, and smart energy management, with native compliance with CEI 0-16.
Thanks to its high energy density—up to 4.9 MWh in just 27 m² of floor space—TETRIS reduces footprint and installation costs. The system also integrates high-efficiency transformerless inverters and batteries with UL 9540A-certified safety.
