In 1999, he graduated in Economics and Business at the University of Verona. From 2001 to 2006, he worked as audit manager and senior manager in auditing companies, dealing with the legal audit and certification of financial statements of national groups and companies in the industrial and commercial sector. From 2008 to 2018 he was Group CFO of Veronagest S.p.A. and from 2018 to 2021 he was Group CFO of ASO H&P S.r.l.. Since 2021 he coveredthe same position at the Vimacchine Group, where he coordinates the administrative, financial, tax and management control area of the parent company and subsidiaries. He is also director of the auditing company Kape Audit S.r.l. and covers the position of Statutory Auditor, Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors and Auditor of national companies in the industrial and commercial sector. He is currently also the Independent Chairman of Energy S.p.A.
In 2000 he was a research engineer at the Composite Materials Research Centre at the University of Missouri - Rolla and the same year he obtained a five-year engineering degree at the University of Padua, where he worked as a contract researcher until 2005. In 2003 he obtained his Phd at the University of Trento and undertook a master's degree in Project Management & Innovation Management at the University of Padua. Between 2005 and 2007, he worked as a freelance engineer and was mainly involved, in the role of Project Manager, in the construction and business start-up project of a facility for applied research in the field of nanotechnologies for the entrepreneurial fabric of the Veneto region. From 2007 to 2011, he covered the position of COO and Project Management Office Manager at Mitsubishi Electric- Klimat Transportation System S.p.A. (formerly Klimat-Fer S.p.A) and, from 2011 to 2012, he held the role of Project Manager in an international project with production startup in the USA, at Far Systems S.p.A. In 2013 he founded Energy S.p.A., of which he is CEO.
After graduating in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Padua, he was Technical Manager of Aertesi S.r.l. from 2000 to 2005. In the following two years, he worked as Project Engineer at Hidros S.r.l. and then became Responsible of Technical Office Manager at Mitsubishi Electric-Klimat Transportation System S.p.A. (formerly Klimat-Fer S.p.A). Finally, in 2013, he founded the company Energy S.p.A., of which he is Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, as well as R&D Manager. Over the years, he has developed significant expertise in the integration of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems for civil and automotive applications, as well as stationary storage systems and new business development.
Daniele Manfroi is the current CFO of Energy S.p.A., a leading company in renewable energy storage systems. He holds a degree in Business Economics, an MBA, and a postgraduate master's degree in Environmental Management. He began his career as a researcher, then as a quality and EHS auditor, before taking on the role of Quality and EHS Manager at Mitsubishi Electric Klimat Transportation Systems. Since 2022, he has been CFO of Energy S.p.A., where he is responsible for administration, finance, and control, contributing to the growth and internationalization of the company. He also serves as CEO of Energyincloud S.r.l.
Massimiliano Ghirlanda is CEO of Euroguarco S.p.A., a company founded in 1958 that specializes in the production of components for the oil & gas, shipbuilding, and railway industries, with a solid presence both in Italy and abroad. In 2013, he co-founded Energy SpA. Massimiliano Ghirlanda's entrepreneurial activity is characterized by management focused on innovation, international expansion, and attention to human capital.
