Start-up of the first part of the mega plant in Comiso
In Comiso, Sicily, two industrial scale projects were completed for a total of 1.2 MWh, divided into 600 kW of power and 600 kWh of accumulation capacity for each project, both commissioned by Energia in Rete Spa.
Solar greenhouse
The first is located in Loc. Mortilla where he sees a photovoltaic greenhouse dedicated to the production of berries. On this site we have supplied 3 Solis 100 kW string inverters and 4 Solis 80 kW string inverters, together with 5 control cabinets (zeroCO2 - XL System 240K - DC Bus 680-1000V) and 5 storage cabinets (zeroCO2 - XL Rack 120 kWh).
It was possible to program the functionality of the system according to the customer's specifications, in this case the total transfer (Trading di energia), in fact the system is updated daily on what to do the next day.
Photovoltaic field
The second plant is located in Loc. Serravalle and includes a photovoltaic field on the ground. On this site we have supplied 4 Solis 100 kW string inverters and 2 80 kW string inverters, together with 5 control cabinets and 5 storage cabinets for a total of 600 kW plant power and 600 kWh capacity of accumulation.
Here too the system has been programmed as in the case of the greenhouse, and therefore it is possible to program the functionality of the system according to the customer's specifications.
